Paul,
Welcome to the club. I don't think I've met you yet but I'm sure I'll see you at one of the next meetings.

Hi, I'm Amy. I just finished my third season of triathlon and am still loving it. I do sprints and internationals. I just joined CAT and am eager to make tri friends, have fun, and learn more. By day, I am a book editor at Colonial Williamsburg; I am married and we have two teenage boys. We live in Williamsburg.

Amy,

Glad to see that you finally looked into the club and joined. MAybe we can do some swimming together over the winter. My training has been VERY slack lately and I need to find some kind of motivation!!

Susan,

I'd love to do some swimming together, but I'm not sure I would provide much motivation right now. I've switched my focus to the gym for the off-season. I'm continuing to swim, bike, run, but no intensity right now; mostly focusing on skill building, so lots of drills in the pool. If you are still interested, Tuesday afternoon is my set swim day, and then I go again on Friday or Saturday.

Amy

Amy,
Welcome to the the club. I'm sure I'll see you out and about so have fun with your training for the up coming year. If you're like me you try to fit your training in before the kids get home. However, you might be a little more flexible in the evening since I think you have a son in high school and one in middle. You might be able to break away easier.
Anyway, take care and I'll see you around.
